Prenatal Yoga
During pregnancy, yoga is an essential activity. In the prenatal yoga classes, we practice poses that strengthen and relax the body, as well as help alleviate some of the associated discomforts of pregnancy. Using meditation and breathing techniques, fears are addressed as we prepare mentally and emotionally for a conscious awareness of childbirth and motherhood. Challenging, yet relaxing, these yoga classes are empowering for the pregnant woman.
Baby & Me Yoga
This is a yoga class for mothers and their babies, age 6 weeks to 1 year, that is both invigorating and calming. It addresses postpartum conditions such as back strain, weak abdominal wall and pelvic floor, tight shoulders, sleeplessness,and stress. It helps women regain strength, as well as adapt and grow in their new role as mother. It is an opportunity to nourish that profound bond with baby. A sense of community in this class allows moms to discuss any concerns and share information in a nurturing environment.
Women's Yoga (non-pregnant)
Practice the science and art of self-illumination through yoga. These yoga classes address the specific needs of a woman’s physiology. Yoga therapy promotes physical, mental and spiritual health for women at any stage of life. Create balance in your life.

Private Instruction
Yoga and Childbirth Education instruction is also available in the privacy of your own home and tailored to your individual needs.

Yoga for Kids
Yoga is the natural state, and children are natural yogis. Yoga helps kids to maintain their flexibility, strengthen their bodies, focus their minds and foster healthy habits that will last a lifetime. A fun, playful way to introduce your child to the wonderful world of yoga. Little yogis will learn how to hold yoga poses through storytelling, animated poses, songs, breathing, and games. A great way to exercise your body and mind.

Tree Top Toddlers
This playful yoga class encourages self-expression through movement. Little Yogis will move and play yoga through a series of fun animated poses and adventure. Meow like a cat, moo like a cow, and fly like a butterfly. A great way to improve coordination, build body awareness, focus, and share. Moms, Dads and Caregivers are welcome! 
Creative Movement
Children discover movement qualities and dynamics through imagination and music. Students learn basic class etiquette, learning to take turns and group participation.
Childbirth Preparation
No matter how your baby arrives - the birth of your baby should be an incredible experience. It is important that you clearly understand the healthcare decisions you will face as you prepare for birth. This class will give you the tools you need to so you can make healthcare decisions that fit your needs and birth preferences. Bring your support person. You don't want to miss this class!
